Biographical sketch:

I am a 5th year student in the Tri-I Computational Biology and Medicine PhD Program. My research involves using statistical techniques on multi-omics data to uncover the metabolic perturbations of lifestyle and disease. I also consult for Harmonic Discovery, a computational drug discovery startup, working on building their bioinformatics pipeline.
